Building a Scalable Enterprise Brand Ecosystem
As a Senior Designer at Solstice, a UnitedHealthcare company, I contributed to the evolution of the organization's brand ecosystem across digital, print, UX/UI, sales enablement, and internal marketing operations. My work extended beyond visual execution to encompass scalable systems thinking, helping to create cohesive experiences for brokers, members, providers, HR teams, and enterprise stakeholders.
From campaign development and responsive web to SharePoint resource hubs and presentation design, I collaborated cross-functionally to modernize how the brand communicated, operated, and scaled.
The Challenge
As Solstice expanded across markets and product lines, the need for more cohesive creative systems grew. My role was to help the brand scale without losing consistency — bridging enterprise communication needs with human-centered, audience-aware design.

DebTalk Brand Identity
Over the course of four years, I played a central creative role in shaping and evolving the DebTalk brand, beginning with a complete brand identity and website redesign. What started as a single project quickly expanded into an ongoing creative partnership spanning nearly every aspect of the brand experience.
My responsibilities included brand development, web design, book and workbook layout, merchandise design, digital marketing assets, video editing, and promotional campaign creation. Together, these projects formed a cohesive visual ecosystem designed to support personal and professional growth through engaging, purpose-driven storytelling.
The DebTalk brand identity revolves around the core tagline: "Igniting personal and professional growth.” This message emphasizes the transformative power of discovering one's inner potential. The brand encourages individuals to harness their strengths, celebrate their uniqueness, and use these qualities as a foundation for continuous growth. Through its resources and products, DebTalk fosters a sense of empowerment, helping professionals unlock their inner fire to achieve both personal fulfillment and career success. The brand identity is a beacon of self-discovery, motivation, and lasting change.

Queen D’s Kitchen
As the lead designer for the Queen D’s Kitchen website redesign, I guided the project from concept development through final implementation. Using Adobe XD, Illustrator, Photoshop, and Adobe Firefly, I developed user flows, custom graphics, visual assets, and a refreshed digital experience designed to better reflect the brand’s personality and community-driven mission.
The final website was developed within the Wix CMS, creating a flexible and engaging platform that highlights recipes, products, catering services, and culinary storytelling through intuitive navigation and bold visual design.
